I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with my own private practice (@passagetopeacetherapy ) , specializing in trauma and somatic work. I help people untangle heavy stuff and reconnect with their bodies, while also occasionally forgetting to take my own advice and being my own worst enemy in the most relatable way possible. I’m pretty obsessed with outer space, and I can usually be found with coffee in hand.
