36+ hours of laboring later… After 40 weeks and 3 days, Baby Eden is finally here. Born on August 10th, 2025 at 12:20pm. Sharing a birthday with one of my favorite women in the world - my little sister. 7lbs 12oz & 21” tall, Already so lively and bright. She couldn’t be more perfect. ♥️ 0/10 recommend birthing a human though.

365 days of Vera 🗓️🐩 1 whole year since she came home with me, trembling with fear and in such discomfort from a festering spaying wound and ear infection. Last photo is the day she arrived at our home and ran to hide behind our Aloe Vera (my oldest plant baby.) We named her Vera after the plant, well known for its healing properties ✨ We’re still working on her confidence and trust in humanity, but we’ve made so much progress already! Happy first gotcha day my sweet girl ♥️

First IG post after this year’s whirlwind trip to Asia, which ended with the opening of my first curatorial project in Seoul 🇰🇷 TO BLOOM 🌸 It started with a preexisting affinity to the color blue. Blue; A simple yet historically rich prompt, but the theme felt a bit empty to me. Not to mention, a much higher profile exhibition had recently explored the very theme of “blue.” Moreover, curating a group show in Korea was personal, having been raised mostly in the U.S. So I took the prompt deeper, delving into my formative years, when I first realized I could steer my own journey of discovery—in the library. “Gathering Blue” by Lois Lowry was the first book I found on my own, following the pure juvenile excitement I felt after reading “The Giver” in school. It seemed obvious to pick up from here, since… Blue 🙃 After reading it again I was still drawn to the story’s message of compassion and perseverance. It also carried a strong emphasis on the value of art and protecting the freedom of expression against exploitation or manipulation. It felt timely, and ultimatley—despite some anxiety that leaning on a young adult novel I discovered as a 12 year old made the premise naive—I couldn’t tear myself away from these ideas. So I leaned in on an exploration of material, process, and freedom of expression, gathering a group of 16 artists whose works create an invigorating dialogue of conceptual and visual prowess. Supported by Christie’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, “Night Market” is a philanthropic project aiming to shine a light on the rich culture of the Asian and Pacific Islander creative communities. Marketplaces are historical epicentres for cultural exchange. “Night Market” continues this cross-pollination of sensibilities and ideas by showcasing the work of artists, scholars and creatives with diverse narratives and perspectives. “Night Market” brings together the work of over 30 artists, with emerging names including Sung Hwa Kim, Yuri Yuan and Bony Ramirez to be exhibited alongside contemporary pioneers such as Hiroshi Sugimoto and Zhang Huan.
