It was a great event hosted by the Palestinian Heritage Club students from the University of Michigan @umichphc

The venue was beautifully decorated by @baladidesigns so has all the most beautiful traditional Palestinian decor! The students wore the most beautiful traditional thobes and clothing!

There was live art being painted by @sr7aneh and another artist. (Please tag the second artist below if you know them so I can collaborate with them as well)

Even the food showcased tradition when they flipped traditional pots of Maglooba!

In Arabic, Sabr means patience, the deep, unshakeable kind that carries you through the hardest moments.
Right now, families in our community are carrying more than they should have to. ICE enforcement has left households without income, without stability, and without certainty about tomorrow.
We started Sabr because no family in Dearborn should face this alone. Every dollar goes directly to rent, groceries, bills.
