Big thanks to @squirrelstashph for giving me this opportunity to host this afternoon tea party within the shop grounds in Cebu City. I’ve always loved coming to Cebu and serving the Cebuanos, and it’s been a great pleasure to come all the way from Manila and collaborate with them for the first ever Jam & Tea Party.
And to all the people who took the time in hot summer sun and come to the party, thank you very much! I hope the tea, pastries, jams, and all the in-between banter about jam-making and jam-using is worth your time. And it’s very happy to hear how you all loved the jams and the pastries too. It makes my trip worth it.
To those who missed it, don’t worry - there’ll be a next time as I’m thinking of a date for the next Jam & Tea Party. And maybe by then, I’ll introduce savory items that also use my jams as an ingredient.~
