Dante Reporting in from the Verbier Air Show “This was an awesome demo jump for the Verbier Air Show! We had the pleasure of having permission to jump from the Mont Gelé cable car in Verbier thanks to the help of Géraldine Fasnacht's amazing organization. I used my hayduke 2 250 lite and a 42 for an easy slider off delay and had some height to play around after opening. A few fun helis and using the excellent flight characteristics of the HD2 to rear riser stall down onto the ski slope and get a real nice foot drag. Such a fun and unique jump with great company and gear.” @outrageous CRUX 2 + Hayduke 2 + 250 (WL 0.7) + Snatch 42” https://squirrel.ws/parachutes/base-jumping/hayduke2 #SQRL #flysqquirrel #crux2 #hayduke2

The ATC series has long been the go-to choice for pilots transitioning from intermediate to advanced wingsuits. The ATC 5 continues that legacy with a refined leg wing profile, increased power and stability in the arm wing, and overall smoother, more precise handling. Expect improved glide, control, and ease of use. It plays well with both Swift and Freak series suits, offering class-crushing speed, range, and performance. Whether you're sharpening your skills, coaching, or ready to move into more advanced suits, the ATC 5 is an excellent choice to accelerate your progression. https://squirrel.ws/wingsuits/atc5/ #SQRL #flysquirrel #atc5 #airtrafficcontroller #bestinclass wingsuit skydive base

Dani Roman and the boys have been doing a little training in their C-Races at the RedBull global aerial performance camp. “The balloon was set at around 30-40 meters, it’s the perfect set up to get some reps in and train for some upcoming demos.” @daniroman_ C-Race + Stream 3 + Hayduke 2 240 + 42” Snatch https://squirrel.ws/wingsuits/c-race #SQRL #flysquirrel #crace #stream3 #hayduke2 dannyroman

Cassie checking in from the wingsuit night Guinness World Record in Libya: “We set a new Guinness World Record for the largest wingsuit formation at night @skydive_benghazi with all 19 wingsuiters choosing to fly the SQRL Freak/Creature suits. After a few daytime practice jumps to get the team from all over the world flying together, we set the night record out of a MI-17 helicopter. Massive thanks to @skydive_benghazi @yasen_g_saada @juanmayerphoto @broseborough @rolitogarzon for making this all happen, and of course @squirrel.ws for making the best gear to support each athlete in this record and giving us the tools needed to make it possible. What a wild experience, this place is rad. WE RIPPED IT!” @cass_young_ Freak 6 + EP 2 125 + SkySnatch 2 30” https://squirrel.ws/wingsuits/freak6 #SQRL #flysquirrel #freak6 #epicenepro2 #guinnessworldrecord nightformation

There’s a Kama Sutra’s worth of ways to stuff a wingsuit. Here’s our preferred technique at SQRL HQ. The basics: Protect those inlets, don't kink the leading edge, and for the love of flight, don’t leave it bagged up like dirty laundry, wingsuits need an occasional airing out, don't let yours get asphyxiated... for too long.

If you're into spicy slick jumps and heavy metal then you might want to head over and check Joey’s instagram. He sent us this one from the superstition mountains. “This jump from Longneck has little margin for error, it's definitely on the low side, but it opened the door for proximity flying on my hayduke.” @joeyvsgravity CRUX2 + Hayduke 2 260 (WL 1.6) + https://squirrel.ws/parachutes/base-jumping/hayduke2 #SQRL #flysquirrel #haduke2

Clark Robinson on the Hayduke 2: The Hayduke 2 is my go to for all styles of jumping.  I like having one canopy that I can get dialed in on and use for everything.  There are days when we will be doing a wingsuit jump in the morning and a low static line in the afternoon, and being able to use the same canopy that performs equally well at both is awesome.  I have a larger Hayduke 2 which is my "technical" slider down canopy and a slightly smaller H2 in a Crux UL for my "slider up" rig, but I air on the side of light wingloadings for both and use both setups for all styles of jumping.  Reliable heading performance and consistent openings, deep break performance, and overall fun are all characteristics that make the Hayduke 2 my tool of choice when I am out there hunting for air, pursuing the miracle of flight, and trying to get rad! @clark.robinson CRUX 2 + Hayduke 2 + 270 (WL 0.65) + Snatch 48”  https://squirrel.ws/parachutes/base-jumping/hayduke2 #SQRL #flysquirrel #hayduke2 #theclarkerobinson

SQRL Pilots Sweep South African Nationals Neels Havenga took the top spot at the 2026 South Africa National Championships flying his brand-new Freak 6. He set new South African records in Speed and Distance after a down-to-the-wire battle with Dylan Hemer. Dylan secured Silver in a Freak 2 and walked away with the new National Time record. Rounding out the podium, 66-year-old Alexandre Monat flew his Freak 6 to a solid third-place finish. On the women's side, Anna Chirkova set new South African records in Speed, Distance, and Time in her Freak 4.  Huge congrats to the SA crew, it’s awesome to see the burgeoning scene and we look forward to hearing about many more events in future.  /Results/EventResults?dbid=132&mid=108&smid=0&mdcid=355&dseid=0
