Flashback Friday. Some 20+ years ago, in a kickoff meeting with Sylvania for Silverstar headlights, I scribbled down these words: ‘I Can See for Miles’—a song by The Who.
That spark turned into a campaign—licensing a track like that, shooting in beautiful Montana, and even airing during the World Series. A big step in the world of advertising for me.
I didn’t return to the Treasure State until exactly one year ago while filming for Sun Cruiser. When a local crew member asked if I’d ever been there, I mentioned that shoot… he smiled and said, “I was on that one—my first job.”

Just finished Future Boy by Michael J. Fox and was a fun reminder how Back to the Future permanently rewired pop culture ⚡️
While celebrating 25 years of Twisted Tea, a decade ago we created an internal piece—a full-on Back to the Future homage—actual DeLorean, flux capacitor and all.
And the kicker? Twisted Tea vet and brand ambassador Billy Grotto went full Doc Brown like a Hollywood pro… despite never having seen the movie.
