We made a lot of progress on the Wine Bar menu today after a fabulous tasting with Madison icon Andrea Hillsey at @squarewineco 🍷🤩🍾
It was hard to pick because I liked everything, but hey, someone has to make the tough choices😜
One of my favs was the Sparkling Rosé, it’ll be perfect on the patio when we open in July!

We invite you to join us Wednesday, May 20th at L'Etoile for a special dinner celebrating the unique and highly sought after small production wines of Jolie-Laide, based in Sonoma County, California. Scott Schultz, winemaker at Jolie-Laide, will lead you through a progression of six wines, paired with a five course tasting menu from Chef Tory and the L'Etoile team featuring early spring fare. Founded in 2010, the wines of Jolie-Laide are limited to some 500 cases per year, and are made using simple, time-honored methods: whole cluster, foot crushed, indigenous yeasts, and aged in neutral oak, with little to no sulfur added.
L’Etoile has partnered with @squarewineco to make these selections available for purchase following the event.
