Coffee is more than just flavorâitâs process, place, and people.
Iâll be hosting a guided cupping at Bonito Coffee Roaster in Ojai, tasting coffees from Mexico, India, and Nicaragua, and sharing some of what Iâve learned through sourcing and working with producers.
This is a beginner-friendly sessionâno experience needed. Just curiosity.
Weâll taste together, talk through how coffee is evaluated from my perspective as a Q Grader, and connect whatâs in the cup to where it comes from.
