Last year’s market was such a perfect day in the valley, with an amazing turnout, incredible local vendors, live music, horses, and a really special sense of community. We’re so excited to bring it back this summer, even bigger than before.

Intro to Horsemanship with Squamish River Ranch
🕛 April 19th | 12–4 PM | Upper Squamish Valley
Our horses are our greatest teachers and we are so excited to be bringing back this event! This isn’t just a trail ride, it’s an introduction to horsemanship!
You’ll catch, groom, and tack your own horse before we begin with a hands-on introduction focused on connection and communication, learning to understand the horse beside you before we head out on trail.
Then we enjoy a 2hr trail ride taking in the beautiful Squamish Valley landscape.
After, we gather back at the ranch for a group social - time to connect, ask questions, and spend time with the herd (and of course the boss himself… Chicken Nugget!)
Perfect for beginners, returning riders, and experienced riders who want a deeper connection with horses.
It’s an afternoon focused on learning, connection, and spending time with horses in a supportive, fun environment!
