@squadron14 is a design studio with a multidisciplinary practice, that partners with culturally inclined organisations to shape brand systems, identities and digital experiences.
For our story with @platformagazine , Squadron 14 catalogues these familiar objects and reframes the circle as something practical, repeated, and deeply embedded in daily ritual.
We’re looking for designers with a passion for excellence in interiors and furniture design. This role calls for a research-driven creative professional based in Delhi NCR, who understands high-quality brand aesthetics and cultural narratives, helping translate brand essence into spatial design.
Your portfolio must illustrate technical experience and working knowledge of interior and retrofit projects from concepts to completion as well as a strong understanding of materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling. You should be familiar with CAD and 3D software, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
To apply, please mail us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘Interior Designer’. No DMs please.

We look forward to what 2025 has in store for us. Happy New Year from team Squadron 14.
Bezoar Delinqxenz, 2023
Publication Design and Image Making for Bezoar Delinqxenz, @themochu 's second novel, co-published by @sternbergpress_official along with Edith Russ Haus
"Taking off along the grotesque evolutionary curve of the internet, this novel by Mochu brings together Japanese otaku subcultures, Hindu mythology, darknet highways, ultraviolent cyberpunk forums, and renegade university departments to forge a transnational narrative that trips through the incompatible fantasies of rationality and civilization, with wormholes through ancient tales, recent cinema, plain-wrong art histories, and pirated philosophical reflection"
Our design operates between the stylings of a traditional novel and communications across digital and analogue media that informed the narrative; including online message boards, faxes and telegrams, and cryptic digital passphrases. The cover features a cryptid, conceived and modelled after the themes and motifs from the text.

Website - Raw Mango
When we were asked to redesign Raw Mango’s website to include an online shop, we decided to create not just another Shopify interface, but a fitting reflection of the brand’s contemporary sensibilities and fascinations through an online storefront, much like the other collaterals and campaigns we have developed as a part of our long-standing creative partnership.
Opening with a page which shuffles imagery from Raw Mango's archive of inspirations, the redesign translated our reductive and straightforward graphic language for Raw Mango into an expansive visual system which is anchored by the brand’s identity and the signature green, but leaves room for the shape-shifting expressions that each subsequent collection and campaign brings. It presents an immersive experience of discovery informed by the brand’s inspirations across art, architecture and design, layering the journey of ordering a Raw Mango product online with glimpses into the brand’s stories and experiments across design, craft and image-making.

Experiential Retail Design for Daily Objects Playground
We've been associated with @dailyobjects_official right from the brand's inception, and for their first foray into physical retail after a decade of being primarily online, we collaborated with them to create a retail strategy that set the foundational principles to translate the brand’s character and position into physical spaces followed by designing an exciting and engaging pop-up space for the audience to interact and engage with the brand.
Built in Gurgaon's bustling Cyberhub-a complex of corporate offices-Daily Objects Playground speaks to the aspirations and culture around modern work environments and combines work and play to showcase its diverse product offerings.
We designed customised fittings to draw attention to this aspect, which were crafted in a material palette of aluminium, stainless steel, pine-wood, and powder-coated metal, to create interesting juxtapositions of surfaces, much like the hybrid idea of work and play that is central to DO's sensibilities. Aside from being a storefront for the brand, Daily Objects Playground also became a space for the brand to explore and expand on its connection with culture, hosting performances and events that brought the creative community together.

ART INDIA | Last year, we were asked to redesign Art India (@artindiamagazine ), one of India’s longest-running and widely circulated art magazines, which was due for a refresh to reflect a shift from covering art news to an expanded publication reflective of its time.
We designed a fresh and contemporary design language that speaks to a younger demographic of art and design enthusiasts, which was launched at the India Art Fair as a special double issue, headlined by a hardcover publication guest edited by Shilpa Gupta, Vidya Shivadas and Sneha Ragavan. We used this publication as the proving grounds for pushing the typographic palette in multiple directions, including a variable scale of type sizes, print production experiments and other interventions with page and type sizes that responded to the tone and nature of the texts while functioning within the constraints of design and production.
The second publication in the set, the periodical, shows an interplay between structured order and free-flowing experimentation, showcasing reviews, interviews, essays and artworks in a restrained yet bold, starkly contemporary layout which marks a publication with such a rich legacy responding to the current tendencies across art and design publishing.
Thank you, Sangita Jindal and Tarini Jindal, for the vision, and this opportunity and Greg Foster for setting it in motion.

Design and Art Direction for the website of Delhi-based artist and designer Gunjan Gupta (@gunjanguptastudio ). Gunjan’s works subvert the commonly held notions of status and class by way of her signature juxtaposition of objects, materials and narratives that are drawn from the Indian vernacular.
The design sought to showcase these juxtapositions for her domestic and international audiences. We created a visual language that plays on the artist’s inspirations and responds to her approaches in a playful way to build an experience that is both informative and dynamic. Our friends @borderandfall transformed an expansive amount of information into clean and accessible layers to create a detailed record of her works and the timeline of her practice as an artist, designer and curator.

COMMON NOUNS
Raw Mango and Squadron 14 @squadron14 present Common Nouns, an exhibition featuring 15 digital works by artists and designers actively shaping the contemporary visual landscape.
The exhibition takes the 15th anniversary of Raw Mango as an opportunity to explore the brand’s fascination with diverse objects and ideas by looking at them as cultural forces, constantly moving while absorbing and negotiating meanings, status and ownership. The artworks presented here are a result of an invitational call to align with and explore our understanding of these passages.
From meditations on material cultures to deliberations upon the nature of language and symbols through historic and speculative lenses, and explorations on the nature of familiar and unfamiliar, these fifteen creators bring in a layer of materiality that speaks to the surfaces they probe, through works across themes, methods and tools.
Raw Mango Common Nouns opens at India Art Fair @indiaartfair – Central Hall at NSIC Exhibition Ground, Okhla, New Delhi from 1st to 4th February 2024.

The Kochi-Muziris Biennale is Asia’s largest contemporary art festival. Not only does it have sociocultural benefits but also plays a vital role as an opportunity generator for the Kochi community.
Through the years, the biennale has established a unique style and visual language. The design we have created for the website is an extension and refinement of what the biennale stands for — the spirit of vibrancy, linguistic inclusion and a balance between cosmopolitanism and modernity.
