Our beloved New Yorker got an upgrade...
Now with drop tomato sauce, rich San Marzano in generous pulls between the cheese. The pepperoni? That’s from Cobble Lane, pioneers of British charcuterie who spent two years developing their cupping pepperoni. Made with a natural casing that contracts as it cooks, each slice curls into little discs that hold pockets of fat, spice + char. It’s high quality, rich pork, heavily seasoned + lightly smoked.
