Turns all year was a challenge I set for myself after I successfully recovered from knee surgery four months faster than most people.
What gave me motivation to do mundane strength training even while not being able to walk was one goal:
I will go skiing the same year my accident happened!
After months of work, I archived this goal. And to keep me going, I set a new one:
I will go skiing every month of the following year!
Now, twelve months of skiing in winter and touring glaciers in summer later, I archived a full year without any injuries.
What’s next?
This season I will produce my first ever documentary style ski film!
