It’s our favourite time of the year the welcoming of spring - the celebration of Xuân’s birthday and the embracing of new beginnings!
We appreciate special time with a Spring addition to the menu - Oyster Mushroom & Chilli Omelette Bánh Mì!
The crispy baguette is full of deep umami flavours with our mushroom pâté and grilled oyster mushroom - fresh crunchy grated veg, sweet pickled mooli and carrots and all the fresh herbs that are a necessity to making this an absolute winner!
Just to round it off we’ve included a chilli fried omelette!

The Callum Gourlay Big Band: Calum Gourlay is a Scottish jazz double bassist, composer and bandleader based in London. Originally from Glasgow, he is a key figure in the UK jazz scene, performing with artists such as Kit Downes, Trish Clowes, Kurt Elling and the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra.
Toby Young Trio: This trio will be performing a set of music combining improvisation with romantic classical music. Using themes from composers such as Ravel, Saint-Saens and Wayne Shorter as a mode for improvisation; they will explore the connection between these contrasting composers. Toby Young (trumpet) will be joined by Barney Anderson (guitar) and Sam Nicholls (drums).

Another successful seedling delivery!
During our community sunflower planting project @cockpitstudios Deptford and @thealbanyse8 , we planted over 300 sunflowers which were distributed at local community gardens, churches and in local estates!
We delivered 20+ sunflowers and some nasturtiums to School 360 for their community garden session on Saturday!

The Breen/Jackson Big Band
Lauren Breen and Emma Jackson have joined forces to create an up-and-coming big band, featuring the best of London’s young jazz scene. Jackson and Breen are both alto saxophonists who met whilst studying at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. Although they both have a shared love for Hard Bop and modern jazz, they have very unique sounds and personalities to their playing. Having played in big bands together for years, and each having individual experiences as bandleaders, they are excited to showcase their original arrangements and compositions, with contributions from the band.
