We are back from the beach and so excited to see you again this Saturday, May 16th from 10-1pm at @canaryclublou ! We are bringing back the PRETZEL bagel and will have five varieties for you to choose! We picked up three gallons of fresh South Carolina strawberries and rhubarb, which means strawberry shortbread bars and strawberry rhubarb jam for you to enjoy! New spread alert: luxardo maraschino cherry! Did you love the country ham egg pie? We’ll have that too! If that isn’t enough, @trellisbrewing is featuring our bagels with @trellisfoods brunch sandwiches on Sunday, starting at 11am until sell out. Another Saturday filled with ramps! The foraging gods shined favorably with enough ramps to bring you not only ramp spread but also ramp quiche! Our garden is already giving enough kale for you to enjoy a kale caesar salad and perhaps you’ll have blueberry shortbread or a chocolate chip blondie for dessert? Of course we’ll provide bagels. We are bringing you some really fantastic seasonal specials this Saturday! We took time to visit family and friends last week and brought back a whole bunch of strawberries to share with you! Beautiful South Carolina strawberries are featured in strawberry shortbread bars and a strawberry cobbler. Plus, you can add a scoop of house made vanilla bourbon ice cream! Ramps are in season in Louisville and we’ve scrounged some together for a limited availability spread! We are bringing back the jalapeño cheddar and have a new bagel with our specialty house spice blend: gochugaru, ras el hanout, and black sesame. And what’s that now? A miso chili crisp spread!!?? Y’all may have noticed our incredibly talented friend @fotokento / @shokukento snapping photos last Saturday and we are happy to share some of those images (don’t worry - more to come!!)!
