Collaboration from a couple of months back with independent clothing brand 'Otso' - iconic spot for those local to Slaithwaite, Huddersfield.
We kept it close to home - shooting near to where the shop is based and tried to do the Yorkshire landscape justice. 🖼📸
The concept drew from these natural surroundings and the etymological roots of 'Otso' steeped in symbolism and mythology denoting 'bear' in Scandinavia.
The store stocks great quality outdoor gear all screen printed by hand in Hudds - well worth a visit.
Shout out to Simon, the brand's owner, for stepping in front of the camera — his acting debut and smashing it. Also to @zapatobrewing for being so accomodating during the shoot & @jackdoescamerastuff for all your hard work + assistance.

So much fun bringing Jordon's concept to life with so many talented actors in the pub that day giving it all their energy and gusto. Features: fights, affairs, general racousness and redemption - standard night out in the beautiful tarn of Barnsley.
As for the singer, I was fortunate enough with C+J to see Sonni perform live at The Domino Club in Leeds and her voice was the silkiest of smooth - a huge talent. And now an actor to boot!

'Nowt'. This was particularly special in many ways shooting in my home town of Huddersfield, bringing to life @emdoh000 's story which hit home touching on some of my anecdotal experiences working in secondary education. Meaningful and hard-hitting, it portrays the vulnerability of children and their susceptibility to grooming and exploitation. Really excited to see how it turns out in the edit. A pleasure to have had a hand in the making of it 💡
