in the midst of chaos, i proved that i was unstoppable i think making this album was one of the scariest phases of my adult life & filled with opportunities to build trust within myself. i’ve watched bridges burn & foundations collapse, but it wouldn’t be the best times if it wasn’t the worst times at the exact same time. there is no best & worst. there only is, & i am two years ago at this time, i was too anxious & intimidated to cue a squat. over the arc of this album, i’ve built my career & established my business as one of the top trainers on long island. not being hyperbolic, these are numbers talking. taking control over my life & commanding my future has been one of the most empowering skills to develop over this chapter. but more importantly, i feel like i’ve deepened my relationship with myself & with music. i’ve fallen in love with & excited for the process of showing up. riding the waves of the journey with grace & humility, because i trust who is steering the ship. i’m turning in, tuning in, listening to, & honoring myself. i don’t need anyone or anything to take me anywhere. because i’m already here. these pieces are always so vulnerable & i just feel grateful for the ability to interpret & transmute & put my energy out into the universe. please download , please engage , please enjoy , please stream , please save , please love please feel everything with me. to whatever’s next 🍑 but fr start banging down my door whenever u ready @disney
