Very close to shifting gears on our Newtonville four-unit project from framing to HVAC, plumbing and electrical. A lot of hard, and at times creative, work done by @jimenez_construction_inc to add two units on to the existing 100 year old two family. Building out 11,000 square over the past few months was a constant battle with all Mother Nature has to offer. Well done Jimenez.

Great progress at our Watertown townhouse project despite some very challenging curve balls from Mother Nature over the past couple months. Just about ready to insulate and transition into the finish phase.
Ready for our foundation at our Newtonville four unit project. A tremendous amount of earth was moved this week to make way for a “modest” 70 foot addition.
Moving right along on our Watertown townhouse project. While navigating some heavy rain and three inspections the foundation crew was able to form and pour everything in a week flat. 👏 more to come….
At our Newtonville project we start the “surgical” removal of a back bump out, with a very large excavator. A job well done by Quinn Construction. This will allow us to expand the existing homes footprint while also providing a better tie in point for the nearly 6,000 sqft, two-unit, addition.
After a long stretch of pre-development we finally started interior demo of our 2-family home in the Newtonville Historic District. Excited to partnering on this development with Beacon Montclair Development. @beaconmontclair
Their commitment to the Special Permit process will allow for the development of this property into 4 units. A lot more to come!!
That is a wrap on one of the oldest homes we have worked on to date and one of the most amazing transformations!! Everyone went above and beyond on this kitchen renovation on a historic home in Weston. Bringing back the pine floors, likely over a 100 years old, was truly amazing.
