Film Series: Splitjaw at Subterranean Downstairs, 3/7/2026 I saw @splitjawhc band a few months back opening for Big Ass Truck at @subtchicago Upstairs, but I was doing some camera experiments and didn't get a lot of usable shots of a band that put on a kick ass show. Fast forward to 2026 and they're headlining a dope bill downstairs, and I wasn't gonna miss an opportunity to make good on some quality shots 😤📸 Splitjaw is sick btw 🤘 @splitmaude with no hyperbole has some of the best vocals in town, the rest of the band is super well rehearsed, and there's enough fire behind the songs to whip the crowd into a frenzy whether the people know the material or not 🔥👯‍♀️ Not exactly new at this point, but Splitjaw's EP "Truth & Reconciliation" has several banger tracks to check out, and they're gonna be playing in Chicago again on the 26th back from a 2 week east coast tour 🙌🎶 Hoping the time on the road has been nothing short of awesome for the whole band as they wrap it up tomorrow 🙏 Thank you to @cafilmlab for devving and scanning all of the film from this show, amazing work as always 🙏🧪🎞 @splitjawhc @splitmaude @subtchicago @cafilmlab @allmyhomiesshootfilm 📸 with Canon Eos Rebel 2000 🎞 on @fujifilmx_us 400 #35mmfilm #chicagodiy #livemusic #concertphotography #emo
