This Y62 is built for serious touring.
Twin fridge setup with an Engel chest fridge on an IT Solutions tilt slide and a 30L drawer fridge dedicated to keeping the beers cold. Dual extension tables with an induction cooktop ready to go and double drawers underneath for storage.
Powered by Voltek with a full Victron ultimate touring package so this rig is ready for long trips anywhere in Australia.
We have also been dialing in some new custom finishes lately including the Australia map panels we have been cooking up in the workshop. Little details like this are what make every Splinter build a proper one of a kind setup.

Just finishing up this Y62 Patrol rear setup.
210Ah ATG lithium paired with an AllSpark 2500 watt inverter mounted neatly underneath the false floor to keep everything protected and out of the way.
Charging is handled by a Victron 50 amp DC DC charger and a 20 amp MPPT for solar so it will stay topped up whether driving or parked up at camp.
AllSpark flush mounted circuit breakers and a fused distribution panel keep everything neat, serviceable and well protected.
Drawer system built by Splinter 4x4 which made for a really clean install and plenty of usable storage.
Everything loomed and secured properly so it will handle corrugations and touring without dramas.
