New gktech curved tension rods, new pbm brakes front and rear, gk tech brake line abs delete kit installed, everything torqued down, started making sense of the wiring and cleaning up the bay, adapted the r34 throttle cable to the SR, deep cleaned a bunch of stuff on the underside, admired the not rusted pinch welds i can actually jack the car up from (surprised Pikachu face).
The gktech angle kit ain't bad, I'll see how it is with rack spacers and a proper alignment when it's done before I go all in on s chassis front suspension

Idle hands are the devil's workshop they say.
Not even 24hrs into owning yet lol. Unpacked and organized the unnecessary amount of stuff. Deep cleaned the entire car. Started fitting some of the aero, going to probably phone a friend to make all of this fit correctly and hard mount it later before paint.
Really really over the moon with this car so far. It's in extremely nice shape for me lol 😭😭😭

Here's why I dumped the silvia.
97 r34 GTT, S15 SR20det swap, full interior, WA titled no bs, super rust free. Comes with too much stuff to list including full kit, gktech angle kit and more stuff i don't feel like listing out. I already had quite a bit of stuff to finish it also so it worked out great. Gonna be a much slower burn than the silvia, I gotta chill on spending and handle some adult stuff now lol

New Megan coils, pbm drop knuckles with new hubs, full adjustable arms front and rear just had it aligned, Ebrake locks great, 2 way rear, comes with 4 spare axles, mostly stock notchtop, greddy front mount ic, on wastegate right now, 3" kakimoto exhaust, poncams, 2871r turbo with pbm downpipe, new z32 front brakes, Bluetooth double din with a sub and new speakers, vertex front bumper, kazama auto rear, dmax rep skirts, dmax real wing, comes with 4 carbyne sprint 18x9s, and the forged gmr xt7 18x9.5s, og greddy bov, full stock car wiring wise untouched other than factory amp removed for an aftermarket, all of the AC equipment is intact and ready to go i have a new belt to put on it and get it charged and it should work as well. New front glass as well.
Car was getting prepped for paint, so it is mostly primer white, there's a few spots that still need body work but nothing crazy. Very minimal rust. No Sunroof seal or front glass trim was going to wait until after paint. Amazing car, but if I want to grab this new car I need to let it go.

Finally redid some shi in the shop I've been meaning to. So much more room. So much more organized other than the aero and seat graveyard corner. Now I just need to bribe one of my electrician friends to come and add a few outlets, a 220 outlet and string up these led lights I've had sitting in a box for 2 years.
Excursion is a thirsty pig but I love it. Need to replace the front leaf springs when I do the front end rebuild they are cooked lmao

Shifter is off by one position, you get used to it
Ac needs to get a recharge lasts about 6 months per recharge.
Front seats are 300k mile leather seats, they're taped up. Never found replacement dove Grey leather lariat seats.
That's about it.

Cruised home at 70 smooth like butter. Will do a front end rebuild and new suspension once the f150 sells, cop some new wheels and put a sub in it and we're off to tow rig heaven.
Truck was well maintained drivetrain wise but clearly kinda just fell behind in the priority list detailing and suspension wise and dude was in a tight spot so I got an insane deal 🤝 stoked for big camping trips and much easier towing the drift car places.
