Our #SPYprobes staining protocol can't be any simpler:
Dilute each SPY probe (1:1000 dilution) directly in the cell culture dish with your cells, incubate 2h & image! There is no need to wash the cells before imaging.

Welcome to F-actin imaging 2.0!
Unlike other small molecule actin probes, our new probe SPY650-FastAct™ labels very dynamic actin in live cells. It is cell permeable, contains a bright far red and photostable organic fluorophore, reducing phototoxicity dramatically. SPY650-FastAct does not require transfection or any protein expression. Just add the probe and image a couple of hours later.
