Proud to have supported The Wallich @homelessinwales yesterday as they launched their Making Homelessness History strategy.
Weāve been working with The Wallich since 2017, and itās been a privilege to continue supporting an organisation so committed to ending homelessness in Wales. Their new 2026ā2030 strategy is built around three clear focus areas: quality, impact, and sustainability, all rooted in a mission to get people off the streets, keep people off the streets, and create opportunities for people.
An empowering day, an important conversation, and a reminder of what can happen when people come together to create lasting change.

This week, Mands and Lowri returned to @usw.advertising to catch up with the second-year students working on the live brief we set a couple of weeks ago. It was great to see their early ideas taking shape and to offer feedback ahead of their final presentations in May.
Recently, our Automotive Lead, Cat and Laravel Tech Lead, Geoff flew to Amsterdam for Laracon, a two-day Laravel conference. They came back with plenty of practical insights and tips to apply in their day-to-day work, all aimed at improving how we deliver for clients. Theyāve also got loads of takeaways theyāre keen to share with the wider team.
A couple of standout sessions included @taylorcodes who delivered a deep dive into Composer, the PHP package manager thatās essential for modern PHP development, and @johnrudolphdrexler who spoke about the value of deploying little, often, and as early as possible.

Last week, as part of @walesweeklondon we hosted a practical session at the wonderful @techspaceco exploring how clearer audience understanding can lead to stronger brand and digital decisions.
Led by our Head of Strategy and AI, Adam Smith, the session looked at a challenge many organisations face: the closer you are to your own services, the harder it can be to see them as your audience does. That gap can influence everything from navigation and content to user journeys and measurement.
We also discussed the role discovery plays in shaping successful delivery, and why it is so important to properly capture and protect those insights so they continue to guide decisions as a project moves forward.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussion!
