Glenn has been a part of Spence since 1998. A major part of his role over this period has been his involvement in Project Management.
Glenn is married with 4 wonderful children, and he enjoys sport, exercise, travel as well as the friendships that come with this.
Glenn finds great satisfaction in working on architectural projects and appreciates the challenges they bring to the Spence team.
Learning from Australia’s leading Architects has been a valuable experience, and he treasures the relationships he has formed with these creative minds and clients who trust Spence to bring their visions to life.
What truly inspires Glenn is knowing that the result will be admired and enjoyed by those who inhabit them for years to come.

Matt has been with Spence since 1999. His time at Spence is dedicated to attracting and retaining great people.

Matt believes in building strong relationships through open communication and strives to make everyone feel valued and supported, enhancing successful job satisfaction.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching his kids play sports, and bring a well-rounded perspective to his personal and professional life.

MEET THE DIRECTORS
- SHANE THEODORE -
Shane started with Spence Construction in 2001. In this time, he has competed nationally in the world skills trade competition and has worked overseas via a scholarship through the Australian Overseas Foundation.
In his time overseas, Shane worked with Rammed Earth in desert environments and travelled America visiting all types of green building from the California academy of science to the more alternative Earth ship homes of New Mexico and many in between.
Shane now works across numerous sites with our people as a resource and is continually challenging our way of building.
Outside of work family time and kids sport is high on the agenda. Any spare time is spent scuba diving, tending to his bees, or thinking of the next great project to be involved in.
