This Guelph main floor renovation saw some serious change! From raising a sunken living room, moving the kitchen to another part of the home as well as a giant wall cut-out connecting the entire main floor together, this was a major project that the Speed River team is so proud of!

Just wrapped up this full main floor renovation on Pheasant Run with Speed River Contracting, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
The goal was simple: create a space that actually flows — opening things up, connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas, and making the whole main floor feel brighter, bigger, and more functional for everyday living.
Projects like this are exactly why I love what I do. Seeing a space transform and knowing it’s going to work better for the people who live in it every day never gets old.
