Yamato Sensei trudged through the snow-laden forest trails, the winter air biting with a thousand needles. As he approached the frozen Lake Kori, a faint cry pierced the silence. A young red fox struggled on the ice, its hind legs trapped. Without hesitation, Yamato Sensei shed his coat and crawled across the ice, distributing his weight evenly.
