Spectral Static is more of a signal than a person — an event that occurs when light fractures and old machines hum back to life. The visuals are transmissions stitched from warped videotapes, cartoon fragments, forgotten broadcasts, circuit bent tools, and beams of light that bleed from the edges of the frame.
