A full send Battle at Primm this past weekend with some great friends. There were a lot of high HP trucks this past weekend but we managed to grab a 2nd place! Couldn’t have done it without my team, and my co dog @cy_villegas Our usual crew couldn’t make it to this one so the skeleton crew was it. Thank you to everyone who made this happen and all the prep work that goes into this type of racing! @dunenit@corndogog85@kdm_fab
What an experience the @themint400 was. You really have to do it right and do the whole experience it is so worth it!!! We are the underdogs when it comes to racing! We are just of broke friends that want to race with what we have and have a good time doing it! This is what exactly happened for the mint. We didn’t expect to get the number one spot, I honestly just wanted that bad ass finisher metal. This car shows that anyone can race it doesn’t matter how much your car is worth or how much money you throw at it! I couldn’t thank everyone that has been involved with our journey enough!!! All this wouldn’t happen without everyone. Next year tho we need to get the 2000’s class stacked for the mint next year. I know we will be hunted next year for the number one. #jeepcherokeexj #2099 #mint4002026 #champions #offroadracing
Some race speed rippin and smackin some deep holes GoPro took a shit but I got maybe 45 min of decent lap 1 video. Truck ran good, no flats for the day, was prob driving a little cautious in places but overall I’ll take a 2nd from a rear start. Appreciation post to follow and we have some epic edits filled with the comedy of this past week.
Yesterdays shake down was well worth it, spotted a few things that could end our day early. Truck feeling pretty dialed and ready for the main event!
Friday the Mint 400! Maybe we will get lucky and get more than 1sec of air time on the live feed. Thanks for the video @nadiamorenomua Thaks Taylor @hi_desert_motorsports
I think I’m more disappointed that the GoPro got no sound than anything else. Truck was riding so plush. I think @cy_villegas hadn’t been in the truck since almost June so it was quite a change. After Rage at the River, it’s much more comfortable holding the gas pedal down longer. Crusin at 70+ here, a few miles from our DNF lol, chasing the dust of the 2088 @ranger7sx of @galvanjr2000 and @scum.fuck666
Valentine’s Day heart crusher, first DNF. But damn we still managed to have a total blast. Thank you to everyone who came out to help! Couldn’t do this without the support! Thank you @locojones and @uli88_ for coming out and helping get us off the course and safe. Thanks to the team for being ready and prepping for all this. We broke that upper link and that was all she wrote. Mile 22 I think. That’s show biz baby! Mint 400 prep starts now!
