Fellow Nigerians, Our Beloved Youths, I address you today with a heart full of empathy and a deep sense of duty. We are living through challenging times, and I want to acknowledge the difficulties that many of you, especially our youth, are facing. The economic pressures, social uncertainties, and other related concerns weigh heavily on our nation. Your frustrations and reservations are not lost on us. We hear your cries for change, for a better and more equitable Nigeria. I want to assure you that these concerns are taken with the utmost seriousness by the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. We are committed to listening, engaging, and working with you to find sustainable solutions to the issues that confront us. The government has initiated several policies and programs aimed at addressing the needs and aspirations of our youth. One of such initiatives is the introduction of student loans to ease the burden of educational expenses and ensure that no Nigerian youth is denied the opportunity to pursue their academic dreams due to financial constraints. The Tinubu-led administration has also made significant strides in providing access to funds for young entrepreneurs through various schemes, such as the Consumer Credit Scheme, designed to support innovation and enterprise. In addition, we are focusing on job creation and skills development. Programs aimed at enhancing employability and creating sustainable livelihoods are being prioritized. We are committed to ensuring that the Nigerian youth are not just jobseekers, but job creators. I also want to highlight the efforts of the House of Representatives in this regard. We are in the process of developing formal legislative mechanisms to ensure continuous engagement and dialogue with our youth. We believe that your voices must be heard, and we are creating platforms for regular interaction to build consensus on the way forward. Therefore, I urge you to remember that nation-building is a collective task. We must shun violence and embrace dialogue. Your right to protest is acknowledged and respected. Let us use legitimate avenues to express our grievances and work together towards constructive....

My best days as your representative are still ahead. I am deeply humbled by the overwhelming confidence reposed in me by APC members across the 13 electoral wards of Zaria Federal Constituency, who affirmed me unopposed as the party’s candidate for the 2027 general elections. This honour comes with an even greater responsibility to serve our people with dedication, sincerity, and results-driven representation. I remain committed to pursuing initiatives and opportunities that will continue to uplift our constituency and improve the lives of our people. I sincerely thank our party leadership, stakeholders, elders, youths, women, and every loyal APC member for this remarkable show of trust and unity. Together, we shall continue to support the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the purposeful leadership of Governor Uba Sani for a stronger Kaduna State and a better Nigeria. I will never take your support for granted. By the grace of Almighty Allah, I shall continue to justify your confidence.

There is always peace in the presence of Almighty Allah. Today, I observed the Jumma’at prayer at the Yahaya Road Mosque in Kaduna - a deeply reflective moment of worship, gratitude, and spiritual renewal. It is always a pleasure to be in the presence of Almighty Allah, seeking His guidance, mercy, and wisdom for service to humanity and our great nation. May Allah continue to bless Kaduna State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria with peace, unity, and progress. Jumma’at Mubarak.

AND THE JOURNEY CONTINUES - The decision to seek re-election into the House of Representatives was inspired by one thing - the desire to continue serving the people with purpose, experience, and unwavering commitment. Public service is a trust, and the journey has always been about giving voice to the people, advancing meaningful legislation, and contributing to a stronger and more united Nigeria. The mission continues.

Human trafficking is a stain on our humanity - and Nigeria and Italy must continue to work together until this menace is defeated. In my meeting with the Italian Ambassador to Nigeria, Roberto Mengoni, I stressed the urgent need for stronger collaboration to combat trafficking, especially the exploitation of women and vulnerable Nigerians. Beyond this, we reaffirmed our shared commitment to deeper cooperation in education, health, energy, security, and economic development, while advancing legal pathways and opportunities for skilled Nigerians. Nigeria and Italy share a long history of friendship. The task before us now is to strengthen that partnership for safer societies and greater prosperity for our people.

Yesterday, I welcomed Saudi Ambassador H.E. Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Balawi to the National Assembly! We locked in on turbocharging Nigeria-Saudi ties through bold cooperation in education, diplomacy, and economic growth. I pushed hard for expanded scholarships for Nigerians - real parliamentary partnerships delivering grassroots impact. Nigeria treasures this historic bond. We’re all-in on even stronger ties for both nations’ prosperity! #NigeriaSaudiRelations #Diplomacy #Partnership

Today, I received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Nigeria, H.E. Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Balawi, at the National Assembly. We discussed strengthening the long-standing relationship between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia, particularly in education, diplomacy, and economic cooperation. I also called for expanded scholarship opportunities for Nigerians through parliamentary collaboration to better reach people at the grassroots. Nigeria deeply appreciates Saudi Arabia’s decades of support in education and human capital development, and we look forward to even stronger bilateral ties for the mutual benefit of our two nations. #NigeriaSaudiRelations #Diplomacy #Education

This day in Zaria was more than a political gathering - it was a powerful reminder that the bond between leadership and the people must always be rooted in trust, service, and visible impact. I am deeply humbled by the overwhelming show of solidarity and support from the good people of Zaria Federal Constituency as I formally declared my intention to seek another mandate to represent you in the House of Representatives. From the solidarity walk through the streets of Zaria to the massive turnout at the Mallawa Eid Ground, your presence reaffirmed our shared commitment to continuity, progress, and purposeful representation. Over the years, we have worked together to deliver practical results - from investments in education, healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture, youth empowerment, and economic support for families and small businesses. These are not promises; they are projects and interventions that our people can see, feel, and benefit from directly. I remain grateful to Almighty Allah and to every resident of Zaria and Sabon Gari for the confidence you continue to place in me. I also sincerely appreciate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his courageous leadership and support for initiatives that continue to benefit our people, as well as Governor Uba Sani for his commitment to peace and development in Kaduna State. To our traditional rulers, religious leaders, party faithful, women, youth, professionals, traders, artisans, farmers, and supporters across every ward - thank you for standing with us throughout this journey. The work is not finished. Our constituency deserves sustained progress, experienced leadership, and stronger representation at the national level. By the grace of God, I remain fully committed to deepening the gains we have made together and building an even brighter future for our people. Together, we move forward. #Zaria #Kaduna #ServiceAndResults #RenewedHope
