The magic starts with Chef @moserjusten who brings Michelin-level training from Chicago straight to your table. The menu? Bold, playful, and packed with flavor. Think classics reimagined with stunning technique and presentation — we’re talking 100-layer potatoes, delicate blossoms de tinga, melt-in-your-mouth tartare, and ravioli that’ll blow your mind. Now featuring dishes from their new Sicario Bar menu, this spot continues to impress. The burger? Unreal. Two juicy patties, a runny egg, center-cut bacon — it’s rich, indulgent, and everything you want in a late-night bite. Then there’s the chicken leg sandwich — yes, the leg is still attached when it hits the table, and the chef comes out to carve it tableside. It’s as dramatic as it is delicious! On the pasta side, they’ve added three new standouts — we especially loved the shells alla vodka and the white cavatelli. And if seafood’s your thing, don’t miss the salmon — easily one of the best we’ve had in Utah. Perfectly seared, flaky, and a crust full of flavor.
