Polaroid photography imparts a vividness to every frameâinstant, imperfect, and timeless.
These photos were taken with a Polaroid 600 I inherited from my dad, a camera thatâs long been part of my story. Itâs remarkable how carrying that history shapes the work I create today.
Grateful to the team and to Bounce House for helping bring this series to life.

One of my favorite parts of photography has always been shooting on filmâspending hours in the darkroom, placing the negative in the enlarger, cropping, burning, dodging, adding filters, and developing the print, watching the image come alive through the chemical process.
This time, I had the roll developed at a photo store, curious to see how my classic Nikon L35AF would render a return to film.
These images not only surpassed my expectations but also reminded me why film continues to fuel my creativity.
I chose CineStill 800T after feeling inspired by Karinaâs (@filmsimp ) striking film work. Sheâs refined her aesthetic beautifully, and her dedication pushed me to explore something new with this series.
Huge thanks to the incredible crew who made this shoot flow seamlessly, and to Bounce House for trusting me with full creative freedom on this experimental concept.

This is the fourth and final installment in the digital collection of the portrait series.
I forgot who suggested having Revel jump in one of the shots, but Iâm really glad it happened. We took a few of these, and in that moment, I realized this photo truly made the shoot for me. It has such a raw, punk rock aestheticâitâs become my favorite.
Special thanks to Bounce House for their energetic presence and amazing collaboration.
This shoot wouldnât have been possible without the incredible crewâthey were essential to keeping the flow smooth between sets.

Third in the digital collection of the portrait series. Too good not to share â their range of poses and expressions made this shoot truly compelling.
Huge thanks to the crew and Bounce House for making it happen.

This is the second part of the Bounce House portrait series, shot with minimal light. We used just one panel light, which created a cool, moody atmosphereâalmost like being inside a dimly lit dive bar, with the shaggy curtain backdrop adding to the vibe. That look carried over into my editing in post, shaping the final feel of the images.
This project couldnât have come together without the incredible crewâan all-hands-on-deck production from start to finish. Huge thanks to them, and to Bounce House for giving me the creative freedom to bring this vision to life.

Truly grateful for the opportunity to create this portrait series on spec in collaboration with Bounce House.
This project pushed me creatively and allowed me to experiment with shooting on digital, 35mm film, and Polaroid in ways I couldnât have without such an incredible crew.
This is the first series in the collection shot entirely on digital. While I recognize thereâs still plenty of room to grow as a photographer, these portraits mark an important milestone in my journey.

2023 Part 2
This was one of my favorite days in 2023. At first, I didnât expect to receive a cool âDKA Oscarâ awardâlol đ. I was in shock and speechless, but so grateful for the thoughtfulness and for the amazing people around me; it truly made my day.
It reminded me of something I recently heard in a reel: a new interpretation by Brad Pitt of my favorite Ralph Waldo Emerson quote, âItâs not the destination, itâs the journeyâ.
Pitt said in his speech:
âI donât know if any of what we do matters in the end. What I do know that matters is the people we hitch ourselves to and the indelible mark they leave upon our very being. I was reading a passage recently where a character was asking which is more important, the journey or the destination? And the other replied, itâs the companyâand I couldnât agree moreâ.
I also couldnât agree more. DKA has given me more than incredible experiencesâitâs taught me about myself, my creativity, my potential, and my moral compass. More importantly, it has given me a group of extremely talented friends to continue growing with creatively and professionally, who I consider family. Even if I donât always say it or show it, I love yâall, and Iâve realized how grateful I am to be surrounded by people sharing a common dream, exchanging creative ideas, and growing as individuals.
Thanks âď¸â¤ď¸
Shout out to Ash for taking awesome photos of me! đ¸
