This unique event, which celebrates traditional winter sports and brings together vintage enthusiasts, has been running for 10 years. We will be playing on Saturday evening, which will be followed by DJs and swing dancing.

My grief is inconsolable. Last Friday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved 12-and-a-half-year-old companion and relieve him of the pain that was too much for his little body to bear. In January, our little Boston Terrier Oscar was diagnosed with a tumor in his frontal lobe. It was something I refused to talk about here, probably out of denial, hoping to convince myself that it wasn't real. For nine months, Oscar fought his illness, defying the neurologist's prognosis that he had only two to three months to live. When we heard the news at the time, it hit us like a truck. We thought it would give us time to prepare for his departure, but you can never accept the departure of such a kind companion as Oscar. Recently, his fatigue was too much. He was exhausted from months of struggle. And even though he played until the very end, we could see that the suffering was too big for him...
He leaves a huge void in our hearts, in our lives, in our home. From the day he came into my life to his last breath in my arms, he brought me such love and joy that words cannot describe.
Farewell, my dear companion. Farewell.
A French cycling jacket from the 1940s that has become one of my everyday favorites. Today marks 10 years since Marie and I kissed for the first time!
She lived in Holland, and I in Paris. We lived in a long-distance relationship for over 8 years, traveling between Haarlem and Montreuil as much as possible. Just under 2 years ago, Marie decided to join me here, much to my happiness. I have no words to explain all the love I feel for her and the joy it is to wake up every morning at her side. I can't wait to see all the adventures the coming years will bring us!
