Absolutely love the cladding on one of our sevenoaks projects. We are building this one for @trip.down.reno.lane we previously built there amazing loft which is clad in the same timber. Cladding profile is Mokuzai® MillSawn – Charcoal Black by @millworkstimber !!! who were very prompt in getting the material on site for us on Thursday so we were able to work through the rain and get the exterior carpentry completed. Bringing It All Together in Sevenoaks!! A great couple of days cladding one of our beautiful extensions in Sevenoaks! We’ve counter-battened the walls with top and bottom ventilation for continuous airflow, layered with a breathable house wrap for long-term protection. Every detail matters — we even notched the soffit cladding to close off a tiny 10mm gap and keep bees and wasps out of the eaves 🐝🚫 The finished cladding perfectly ties in with the loft conversion, giving the whole home a cohesive, high-end look. Hotel vibes in Sevenoaks This gable-up conversion with @millworkstimber black sawn thermowood cladding to the dormer looks amazing and its equally as cool inside!!
