For this flagship branch of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Pakistan, the interiors balance warmth, openness, and contemporary clarity, creating a café that feels both premium and inviting.
The space is defined by natural wood textures, soft green upholstery, and clean architectural lines, grounding the brand in a relaxed, organic atmosphere while maintaining a modern edge. Large glazed façades flood the interiors with daylight, visually connecting indoor seating, the terrace, and surrounding views to create a light, breathable environment.
A key feature is the central indoor tree lounge, which acts as both a visual anchor and a social hub. Curved built-in seating wraps around the tree, softening the geometry of the space and encouraging longer stays, conversation, and community. Around it, a mix of lounge chairs, café tables, and bar-height counters supports different modes of use, from quick coffee breaks to extended work sessions.
We began this project in late 2024 with a clear vision: to bring our industrial design language to a scale worthy of a City in Sync.
Ayala Malls Arca South allowed us to translate raw materials, movement, and urban energy into a contemporary environment shaped for everyday life.
From vision to built reality.

#NewMatchaAlert in Ortigas! Finally checked this off my list, @spaceencounters.creatives . This is probably one of the most aesthetic cafes/matcha bars that I’ve been to. Every corner is Instagram-worthy. It is a perfect spot for coffee dates, working or studying, or even chill hangouts.
SLOW Matcha + Design is famous for their premium matcha drinks and I ordered their Matcha Coconut Cloud — it’s barely sweet and the taste was heavier on the matcha side which I prefer.
Consider SLOW Matcha + Design in your next go-to green fix.✨

Building a world, one drop at a time.
In All the Raindrops in the World, the act of making becomes a kind of mapping, layer by layer, mark by mark, a landscape slowly takes form. What looks like repetition begins to feel like weather, like time passing, like a place you can almost step into.
All the Raindrops in the World, Mac Eparwa Solo Exhibition, opens May 9.
Got the premium matcha latte which has deep vegetal and earthy notes 🍵🍃

If creatives had a hive mind, it would be @spaceencounters 🧠🎨
I’ve been waiting for SLOW to open their doors to the public, and that day finally came! Now I have a matcha bar to frequent during my onsite days.
Their space is both whimsical and sophisticated at the same time, it felt like I was a Wes Anderson movie. ☺️

A refreshed spatial identity for Samgyupsalamat in imus reimagined as a more youthful and experience-driven environment. The design moves away from the brand’s standard interiors and introduces a vibrant, K-Pop–inspired atmosphere that emphasizes energy, social interaction, and visual impact.
Bold color blocking in red, mint, and warm yellow is layered over industrial finishes such as concrete textures, metal slats, and tiled bases, creating a balance between structure and play. Graphic walls, poster-style panels, and neon-inspired signage draw from Korean street culture, giving the space a strong visual rhythm and a distinct personality.
Programmatic elements are treated as experiences rather than utilities. A photobooth zone, ice cream bar, and feature cashier wall contribute to a layout that feels closer to a social hangout than a conventional grill restaurant. Seating is configured for groups, encouraging shared meals and movement.
The result is a branch that positions dining as a full environment that’s lively, immersive, and designed for a generation that values both food and moments worth capturing.
