What was once a 5-story storage building is now being transformed into a vibrant mixed-use development.
The project combines the existing 5-story structure with a new 5-level addition, creating a seamless blend of old and new. The design features commercial space on the first floor, with residential units from the 2nd through 5th floors.
The mix of 1- and 2-bedroom units includes those carefully integrated within the existing structure and new construction units that complement it. Amenities in the basement and a rooftop deck will offer comfort and community for future residents.
We’re excited to bring this vision to life and look forward to the opportunities and energy Hollander will bring to the neighborhood.

Spot the Differences at St. Boniface
This project involved the transformation of a historic church—previously slated for demolition—into 18 unique luxury condominiums. By preserving and revitalizing the deteriorating structure, the design gave new life to a once-revered institution, creating distinctive residences that honor the building’s architectural legacy.
SPACE took on the challenge of designing new windows and exterior enhancements that respected the character of the original structure, while also creating a contemporary adjacent building that aligns with and complements the historic church.
The result is a thoughtful integration of old and new—a compelling example of adaptive reuse that balances preservation with modern living.
