Sicario Beatdown - Flex Fiesta (9/5/26) Here's the other set I played at Flex Fiesta fest. And this one was special as it re-united everyone from the first live line-up from 3 years ago. I wouldn't be doing this fest without helping these guys out years ago. Starting with filming their music videos, to joining them on bass, then continuing with 6 Weapons afterwards. 6 Weapons - Flex Fiesta (9/5/26) I had the absolute pleasure of playing this year's Flex Fiesta. I had the even rarer privilege of playing two sets. One with @sicariobdhc and one with @6weapons It was nothing short of awesome. Hundreds of bodies making violent shapes. A true spectacle! Here's some of the highlights from the 6 Weapons set. 6 Weapons - Face to Face In October 2025, I was in Madrid playing a show with @6weapons Whilst there, I had the secondary objective of shooting a video for an upcoming single. By sheer chance, we found a huge abandoned building to shoot the bulk of the video in. This was a 3-story building with two basement levels. It was just left there to rot and become ghetto. I got to give props to @simongrill_tattoo for finding the place and to @leonboydragan for filming much of this with my camera. Including the live footage from the night before. Because this is a group I play guitar in, much of the directing had to come in front of the camera on this occasion. The track itself is about a particular fight in the midst of the current Ukrainian conflict. What started as a gun fight quickly turned into a brutal struggle for a knife. This event was infamously captured by a body cam on one of the soldiers, as well as drone monitoring the fight. The whole thing is very nasty to watch. Overall I'm pleased with how this came out, despite having no idea what to expect when we got to Spain. It was also good to reconnect with the friends I made in Germany earlier in the year.

Sicario Beatdown - Strive & Ride Never underestimate @mauricio_borja_cortes ability to bring in a crowd when it counts. In Feb 2023, we were preparing for our debut gig at @donfestuk , with some members coming over from Germany. Whilst here, we decided to film bits for a future single. That single was Strive and Ride. It was a lyrical ode to Mauricio's bike courier buddies operating in London. Primarily the @fixed.pirates.crew Its a risky job, and unfortunately a few too many of his friends were killed on the road, often doing their jobs. I made a lengthy BTS video of the filming of this, which can be viewed on Sicario's IG.
