Before the lights, the visuals, or the crowd, there was the question of how the space should feel.
@asembli.hyd was built as an experience that moves across moods and energies. Spread across 40,000 sq. ft. and multiple floors, the space shifts from intimate dining and lounge settings to a full-scale dance floor centred around one of the most ambitious club systems we’ve worked on to date.
We were brought onboard to design and execute the complete audio infrastructure for the project, building systems across a multitude of spaces while ensuring the experience still felt cohesive from end to end. At the centre of it all sits a monster of a main room system, designed around scale and impact beneath one of the country’s largest immersive dome structures.
All speakers across the entire venue use high SPL speakers with @danleysoundlabs patented Synergy Horn Technology ensuring that the sound signature remains consistent across the entire venue. The size and scale of this project also makes Asembli one of the largest DSL deployments across Asia.
Projects like these remind us that the role of a sound system goes far beyond playback. It shapes movement, atmosphere, and the way people remember a space long after they leave it.

Some places grow without losing what made people love them in the first place.
@thepotbellybiharikitchen ’s move from its tucked-away Shahpur Jat rooftop to a larger home in Hauz Khas carried forward the same warmth, character, and the scrumptious Bihari cuisine it became known for. We were brought in during that move to make sure the sonic environment of that experience evolved with it.
The restaurant now runs on wall-mounted speakers from @biamp_systems powered by @powersoft.official amplification across two floors, including the terrace, keeping the music balanced, natural, and unobtrusive throughout the space.

Genre, Defence Colony is built around how a space shifts through the day, from a café downstairs to a vinyl-only bar upstairs.
The system follows that movement. The ground floor runs on Hi-fi bookshelf speakers for a warm, easy listen, while the first floor bar now carries a full @dasaudio setup, bringing more depth, weight, and control to every record. The custom white DAS Audio speakers sit naturally in the room, adding a visual presence that complements the space as much as the sound shapes it. Both floors are powered by @powersoft.official , keeping everything consistent and composed.
The upgrade has transformed how the space feels, and how the music is experienced. If you’re in Defence Colony, step in and hear the difference for yourself.
At Low Orbit, the room is shaped around a quiet curve, bringing everyone closer to the sound and to each other. Wherever you sit, you’re just as close to the music, drawn to the same point of focus.
It changes how you listen. You’re not observing from a distance, you’re part of it. Close enough to catch the smallest details, yet held in a space that lets the music breathe.
Experience the difference for yourself. Join us in the orbit tomorrow by registering through the form in bio.
At Low Orbit, every part of the chain shapes the way music is heard. The chain here is centered around the @unionaudio Two.Valve Signature mixer, paired with @audiotechnicajp LP120X turntables with the @ortofon_dj Concorde DJ MKII cartridges, connected via Profigold Oxypure interconnect cables.
From the source to the final output, each element plays its role in preserving clarity, depth, and character, letting every record speak with the detail and presence it deserves.
Come experience the difference this chain can make to how you listen to music at Low Orbit this Saturday at the studio.
At Low Orbit, the listening experience was built around the idea of having a neutral and transparent sound. A pair of ATC SCM50ASL active speakers, paired with the warmth and detail of the Octave HP300SE preamp, deliver exactly that. A combination chosen for depth, precision, and the kind of clarity that lets every record come alive.
If you’d like to experience the system for yourself, reach out to us for a private demo, or come hear it in action at the next edition of Low Orbit this Saturday at the studio!

What does Sound Redefined really do?
We move across products, projects, and experiences, from the systems we work with to the spaces we shape, and the sessions we host. Different forms, with a singular focus: creating better ways to listen and feel sound.
We’re going deeper into each of these soon. Keep an eye on this space.
A space for exploration meant that @antarikshdaddy took liberty slowly tuning in people with ambient records before crossing over to deep dub / dub techno. The transition happened beautifully when he played the “Outro Tempo” record by Andrea Daltro, staying true to the essence of deep listening at the second edition of Low Orbit.
Big Thanks to @bhuliving and @pursuedrinks for keeping us refreshed and to everyone who joined us on Saturday.
Low Orbit returns for its second edition!
After a full house in our first session that brought the room closer to the music, we step back into the orbit with the same focus on deep listening and a shared space.
We have @antarikshdaddy taking over the helm for this session. Known for his extensive record collection, he’s been one of the pioneers in shaping the vinyl DJ community in the city.

You guys really turned up for the first edition of Top Shelf!
The studio was packed, records were flying off the shelves, and the decks didn’t stay quiet for a second. It felt less like a sale and more like a room full of people sharing their love of music.
Big thanks to @bhuliving and @pursuedrinks for being a part of it.
Let us know in the comments if we should run a special Top Shelf edition for Record Store Day in April :)
Low Orbit - Our new listening format at the HQ, came to life in its pilot edition as an intimate session built around shared listening.
With the circular setup and custom-built seating forming a closed listening orbit, the room naturally drew everyone into the centre. No distance from the music, no separation from each other, just a space that brought people closer to the sound.
@neal_msb took us through a deeply personal selection of records, and with stories flowing as easily as the music.
Special thanks to @bhuliving & @pursuedrinks for flowing with us and to everyone who came through to give us a sold out start.
