2025, for me, was the year of the twin weddings - emily's and my love really is the truest, most profound thing i'll ever be a part of and i'm endlessly grateful i got to celebrate these moments with our family & friends this year.
Sardar model @shaminderbiring represents a form of visibility that fashion has historically overlooked.
The industry did not immediately know how to place him, often struggling to reconcile his identity with its existing standards, but that uncertainty became part of what set him apart.
When he became the first Sardar to walk for @hermes , the moment resonated beyond fashion, drawing responses from people who had never seen themselves reflected in that space.
Now, Shaminder chooses projects that align with his values and treats representation as something rooted in honesty, marking a more inclusive vision of fashion.

Created some still lifes for @zanni.nyc recently - not something I usually do but something I've always wanted to do more of.
Will be sharing more of these over the course of the next few days.
Portrait Of A Dancer
Had a chance to shoot these in Singapore recently - There’s a natural fluency and grace in the way a dancer moves that’s just a joy to watch. Posing and composition naturally become more intuitive; I tried my best to capture Varsha's form, posture and movement through my lens.

q1 is officially over - lots of new projects, few challenges, hurdles and lots of growth, but can’t complain so far 🫶🏽💪🏽
Recently had the pleasure of doing a studio profile on my dear friend, Troy( @formlessfurniture ). I wanted to document the tools, textures and tones behind his furniture, and capture the relationship between the artist and his materials and space.
I don’t usually do shoots like this, but I had so much fun exploring someone else's world and would love to expand on this. If you’re a maker or artist looking for portraits that feel authentic to your practice and your space, do reach out!

Last couple of looks we shot on this day. before wrapping up.
Early on, I had a phrase I used a lot to get over the fear of failure - 'there is no bad shoot'. Everytime I'm out there creating something is a good day, no matter how 'good' or 'bad' the pictures are. Every time I shoot, I'm finding new parts of myself, ideas, I'm honing my eye and finding out what I like and don't like. Most importantly though, I'm getting that much closer to finding who I really am as an artist.
I say all this as a reminder to simply enjoy the process and not take life too seriously.
