Last year at @emmacarlisle_ ‘s France retreat, we all fell in love with a handsome older man selling mushrooms at the market. To our delight, he was there again this year! To our further delight (and surprise), @la_palanque arranged for him to come sit for us later in the week for a bit of life drawing. It was so special and maybe my favorite thing I drew in France.
We all had 🎶Do you know the Mushroom Man? The Mushroom Man, the Mushroom Man?🎶 stuck in our heads. He didn’t get the reference.
