We went across his stations in Uraga — met the people working there, learned about a few new processes, and shared a lot of laughter along the way.
We selected a few exceptional natural lots from Ture this harvest and are excited to bring them in.
Here we go! We’re excited to be back for a new coffee harvest season. As the new crop season arrives with both challenges and new adventures in the coffee industry, we have thrived by dedicating ourselves to carefully processing our coffees in Guji through diverse techniques and fine tuning based on different agro ecologies. We have also explored new coffee growing villages, moving forward with curiosity and a continuous learning phase in coffee.

This is our first year working with Ture, and we couldn’t be more excited to share his coffee. Known as “The King of Guji,” Ture has played a huge role in putting Guji coffees on the map.
This lot comes from Uraga, Guji — grown at 2400 MASL, processed at his Dida Hora station, with a cup profile that’s sweet and tea-like in body.
