Great news about the change to ANKC obedience rules with the group stays being removed in most levels 👏 👏. With regards to the hand position, I still think it’s likely hand on the outside will be ok, as long as it’s not providing guidance / extra cues, which to be honest, is completely fair. Well, that’s a wrap for a crazy weekend. Saturday morning the dogs and I left home at 5.30am to drive to a scentwork trial in Launceston. Ace got his last advanced exterior pass and even more amazingly Mia got our first pass in masters 🤯. Thanks to TDTC for a great trial.
Then a drive back to Hobart for a very special engagement party on Saturday night 💒
Sunday Mia and Ace rally trialled. Two advanced passes for Mia after a massive break from rally, and Ace made his rally debut and passed both his runs, both dogs got those pretty blue ribbons. Thanks to ESDC for a great day, and also to judge Charlie Giles for being such a supportive and constructive judge.
Now for some REST.

Meet Remy! Remy is now 16 weeks old and coming along beautifully. Her family have put alot of work into setting her up for a great life with them.
