Our crew is delivering this black API 2448 to Precision Sound in NYC today. The console will be integrated with a custom designed wrap-around desk as well as a SSL System T serving as an Atmos Sidecar. Due to the vision of studio owner Alex Sterling who is re-shaping the capabilities of what a New York studio can do while meeting his needs as a mixer, engineer and studio owner. The install should be completed this fall.

Sometimes this starts with the old proverb”RTFM” once we get through the 200 page automation manual and get some time in on the console we should be able to make this thing sing. Looking forward to automating 6 stereo returns and the pre fader inserts as well as ABC stereo and Grand Master busses. Lots of power and potential.
