Breakage, dryness, not holding curls? I hear these complaints all the time from my brides and friends! Here are some easy ways to change your routine… 1. START WITH YOUR SCALP. Are you washing too frequently or using too many products? Letting the scalp build its natural oils helps to condition your hair, so just let it be sometimes! Waiting every other day or every two days between a shampoo is OK every now and then. (Use your discretion on how oily your scalp typically gets). 2. WHAT ARE YOU WASHING WITH?
