Sometimes simple really is better. PDs, photographers, directors, CDs all know that there’s a lot of decisions, conversations, and work that happens in order to remove everything superfluous to ensure the art [artist] stand out. The team did an epic job nailing this one.

This little one bedroom apartment has been good to me. I look forward to basking in nostalgia when I look back at this place. There were precious hours with friends and also large spans of much needed isolated time. This place birthed a lot of new ideas, hopes and dreams. But it also brought me face-to-face with myself all while instilling in me the idea that we are not islands and if community isn’t at the center of our life’s work, of our “self” work, then we are spinning our wheels in vain. The universe has given me the go ahead to move on from this chapter and I’m beaming with excitement over what comes next.
Anyone who knows me or works with me knows that the color RED is my go-to solution for most things. (We need this Elegant? RED! We need this young and bold? RED! We need this to pop? RED! We need this to be iconic? RED!) I think I get it from my mother who had an amazing red phase in the 90s. I get most of my good traits from her so that makes sense. Right, mom?
@nataliefalt and I loved working with @depict33 on these @miguel Viscera event fixtures. The merch display was so enticing and the mantra vocal booth crates were exactly how we designed them. It’s amazing when someone builds something that looks exactly like your renderings. Shoutout to @daniellioooo and @tashaclub for their epic merchandising skills and @omdigital for making the mantra experience so special that people did it twice in a row! And also @stuffed_by_carly for upholstering our padded little experience.
Really obsessed with the textures at The Getty. Thank you to @studio_stackpole and @cortniwimberley for getting me out of the house for a jaunt to the Tim Walker exhibit.
