After a long time spent on repairs... we’re finally reopening the bar area and the second floor.
We’re truly happy to have this space back. To celebrate, we’ve got Korean beers ready!!!
And just like before, the comedy show is back tonight.
Let’s gather again at the newly refreshed Son of Egg.
Congratulations on your graduation!
Son of Egg is cheering for the bright moments you created at school and your exciting journey into a new chapter.
We’re happy and honored to be part of your graduation celebration.

We’re truly honored that you chose Son of Egg as the place to gather together on a weekend morning.
And you look even more handsome in the Son of Egg yellow hoodie!!!
Happy Birthday! #sonofegg
Simple food done right.
Grilled chicken over rice or salad. It comes with your choice of Spicy BBQ / Sweet BBQ or even house sauce.
To keep the natural flavor of the chicken balanced, tell us how much sauce you want. More, less, or no sauce, your way. 💛 The pictured bowl added a drunken egg and yellow radish.
Do you like jellyfish?
Koreans Iove jellyfish.
Pictured <Jellyfish salad> is something Koreans always look for at a party.
I made this for Korean customer,
but we’ve going to add it to our catering menu.
Would you try jellyfish? Add it to your next catering order for your group!

Happy birthday to me~
My name is...
I used to live as a wife and a mother. Six years ago, I was given a new name "Chef Min", since then, I’ve been living thinking only about Son of Egg.
Because people mostly know me only by name as Chef Min, sometimes new customers ask, “Are you the Mom of Egg?” And in my head, I think, 'Does that make me a chicken?' …but I still say yes. LOL
Sometimes, people call me ajumma (아줌마) just to show off they know Korean. Yes, it does mean a married woman, but depending on how it’s used, it can sound a little disrespectful. So when I hear it, I take a moment to teach them.
Then they ask back,
“So what should I call you?”
“Sajang-nim(사장님).”
That’s right. I’m the one responsible for my many employees, and some of them actually call me sajang-nim here.
Today, the sajang-nim turns 60. I can’t believe it. But life has taught me that sometimes unbelievable things do happen.
As someone who hopes, even once a day, to feed the hungry and give water to the thirsty, I’m simply grateful to be here, celebrating my birthday.
If you’ve been to Son of Egg, you’re part of my story too. 💛 Thank you so much for being part of my journey.
