As I mentioned; I started hosting 1:1 contact impro session after my deep dive into contact improv in Thailand. I was again reminded of the amazing possibility for transformation and opening of one’s dance that lies in this format.
🌟 What it entails: Together we will dive into your dance/movement and see what unfolds. For me these sessions holds a deeper exploration than the dance it self - and every session is different.
- maybe you are curious about something technical
- maybe you want to see new possibilities inside or outside the dance
- feel more free
- maybe you are experiencing something emotionally challenging
- or something entirely different.
… All such things often come up in 1:1 work.

It’s with great pleasure that I can share I’ll be returning as part of the facilitator team for the Portugal New Year’s Contact Improvisation Festival ✨💫
There’s something truly special about ending and beginning the year in this unique container - held by the silent beauty of Quinta Ten Chi, carried by the dance and surrounded by a community that moves, listens and researches together.
I can’t wait to dive back in, to move with you and to celebrate this turning of the year together.
I’m so thrilled to be teaching this June at Meeting in Motion. A six-day journey of wild connection, deep play and embodied discovery on the magical island of Aegina, Greece ✨🌞✨
We’ll dive into Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement and Voice Work - exploring what it means to meet ourselves and each other through the body.
Open to all curious movers, no experience needed - just a sense of wonder and willingness to feel, move and be moved 😻😻

Throughout these four sessions, we will explore how to stay centered - both in our being and in our bodies. Through guided exercises and movement explorations, we will develop tools to:
• 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 - tuning into ourselves, our partners, and the space around us
• 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 - creating more pathways and possibilities for movement
• 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 - cultivating ease, responsiveness, and availability for improvisation
This journey is about embodying presence, finding fluidity within structure, and discovering how a nervous-system-informed approach to Contact Improvisation can expand our ability to move effortlessly ✨🧡☺️
