A lot of thought, testing and care went into designing this bloc. Our biggest hurdle was that all hands arenât the same. We tried to maximize the usability of this bloc for both people with smaller and larger hands. The face has a smooth curve which allows nice engagement of all fingers. We also curved the back wall to let your hand nest more comfortably in the shape. We went with a 20mm edge as this seemed like the most useful size to do both lifts and warm up your hands.
