boss reveal #2: @solqa.media 🤗 yeaaa i have TWO amazing bosses. working with katherine is always a fun time…one second we’re laughing and making reels, the next everything is happening at once and we’re running around trying to figure it all out. getting to work alongside someone who constantly exposes me to opportunities, events, and experiences i never thought i’d be a part of is something i’m really grateful for. i’ve gotten to meet so many amazing people and be in spaces i honestly never imagined i’d have access to. you’ll usually find me holding a light, moving furniture, taking BTS content, fixing random problems, or doing whatever needs to get done behind the scenes. somehow we always pull it together and still have fun doing it.

I’ve realized over time that I’m not here to build something that feels overly polished or performative. I’m here to build something that feels real. Because the truth is… the people I connect with most aren’t one-dimensional. They’re not just “business owners” or “moms” or “creatives.” They’re everything. They care deeply about what they’re building. They want to grow, expand, create something meaningful… but they also want to enjoy their life while they’re doing it. They want the conversations that go deeper than surface level. The ones that make you think, shift something, or open your eyes a little. But they also want to laugh. They want to send the random text, talk about Love Island, get excited over a good mani, and just be human. That balance matters to me. Because I’ve lived both sides… the version of me that was always “on,” always thinking about the next move, always trying to keep everything running… and the version of me that’s learned how important it is to step away, be present, and actually experience my life. Now, I don’t separate the two. The way I show up in my work, the way I show up as a mom, the way I show up in my life…it all overlaps. And I think that’s why the right people find their way here. So if you’ve been here for a bit… reading, watching, connecting, even quietly… there’s probably a reason. You’ll probably love it here.
