Solo Taco is now open at Revolution Mill — from the same owners as Cugino Forno (so expectations were high… and it delivered 🙌).
They’re keeping it simple with just 5 taco options, and we tried them all — the Al Pastor was our favorite. The homemade tortillas are SO soft and make such a difference.
