Joined by Dr Neil Shastri-Hurst, MP for Solihull West and Shirley, businesses showcased the resilience of Solihull whilst outlining measures that would help retailers during this difficult time.
The safety of the High Street was also discussed, raising the awareness of the growing issues surrounding Business Crime and Antisocial Behaviour.

Last week, we welcomed 75+ local businesses to the launch of the Solihull Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) alongside West Midlands Police 👏
Together, we explored the real impact of business crime at local, regional and national levels - and what more can be done to tackle it.
Solihull BID is now working directly with West Midlands Police and key partners to strengthen reporting, deter crime, and support businesses across our town centre.
BIDs are proven delivery partners for BCRPs, with Birmingham’s Central BID a strong example. There is a clear mandate from businesses across the West Midlands for stronger, more visible policing.
It was great to see such strong support from those that attended - we’ll be reporting back to our business community as this partnership develops over the coming months.
