Sol Gallery invites you to the opening reception of our upcoming exhibitions on Wednesday, 20 May, from 6:00 – 8:30 pm. The exhibitions will run from 19 May to 31 May, 2026. Space 1: Shang Kuan Ding Ya Ceramic sculptures exploring bodily movement and inner transformation through mythic forms and martial arts-inspired gestures. Space 1: Mia Pignataro “The Dancer,” a 35mm film photography series exploring voyeurism and intimacy through Japanese rope tying. Space 2: Group Show “FLESH” A collection of figurative works examining the nude form through contemporary and classical perspectives on identity and vulnerability. Project Room: Paulino Dela Rosa Jr “I-Xposed” utilizes boudoir photography and self-portraiture to challenge social media body ideals and celebrate imperfection. Window Room: Wendy Grace “Something for Keeps” features gestural forms that blur painting and space to explore the tension between attachment and release. TOP SECRET LIFE DRAWING is honoured to collaborate for the very first time with @solgalleryspace to celebrate the launch of 'FLESH: Figurative Works'. Set amongst the exhibition itself, this exclusive life drawing experience invites artists, newcomers and curious observers alike to immerse themselves within a living dialogue of body, form and artistic expression. Throughout the evening, 2 live figures will pose amongst the works, transforming the gallery into an intimate and cinematic drawing environment where observation and creativity quietly unfold side by side.
